Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

​

  • You can cancel orders before they are dispatched.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • To cancel, contact us at info@sunbakedpickles.com with order ID as early as possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

 

Refunds are given only when:

  • The product is damaged, broken, or defective at delivery (with photographic proof).

  • The order was canceled prior to dispatch and payment was already taken.

3. Refund Process

​

  • Once we receive your cancellation request or defect claim, we will verify the claim (may ask photos) within 2–3 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Refunds generally take 7–10 business days to reflect (depending on your bank).

  • Shipping charges paid initially (if any) may not be refunded, unless the fault is ours.

4. Replacement Option

 

In case of damaged/defective jars, instead of refund, we may offer a replacement jar or order at no extra cost.

5. Partial Refund

 

If only part of the order is defective, we may issue a partial refund for that portion.
