Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel orders before they are dispatched.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel, contact us at info@sunbakedpickles.com with order ID as early as possible.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are given only when:

The product is damaged, broken, or defective at delivery (with photographic proof).

The order was canceled prior to dispatch and payment was already taken.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your cancellation request or defect claim, we will verify the claim (may ask photos) within 2–3 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Refunds generally take 7–10 business days to reflect (depending on your bank).

Shipping charges paid initially (if any) may not be refunded, unless the fault is ours.

4. Replacement Option
In case of damaged/defective jars, instead of refund, we may offer a replacement jar or order at no extra cost.

5. Partial Refund
If only part of the order is defective, we may issue a partial refund for that portion.
