Yes, before dispatch. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not available.

No, for hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns on opened jars unless there is a documented manufacturing defect.
Our standard range is vegan (no animal products). The use of gluten-containing spices is rare—please check specific product pages or contact us.
