Shipping & Return Policy
1. Domestic Shipping

We ship within India via trusted courier partners.

Processing time: 2–4 business days from order confirmation.

Shipping time depends on your location (typically 3–7 days in metro zones, up to 10 days in remote areas).

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Orders above a specified value (e.g. ₹499) may qualify for free shipping (if you wish to implement this).

2. Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are food items (pickles):

Sealed & Unopened Jars may be eligible for return or exchange only if damaged during transit or if there is a manufacturing defect.

Opened jars cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

To request a return or replacement, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery, with photos and description of the issue.

Once we confirm defect/damage, we may arrange replacement shipment or refund of product cost (excluding original shipping).

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the fault is ours.

3. Cancellation & Refund (see full policy below)
Orders may be canceled before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation isn’t possible. Refunds (if eligible) are processed via the original payment mode, usually within 7–10 business days.
